Build a Career, Not Just a Caseload
At Melbourne Wellbeing Group, we've spent the past 15 years building a practice centred on thoughtful clinical work, strong professional relationships, and ongoing learning.
While our team has developed a niche for working with OCD, our clinicians support children, adolescents, adults, and families across a range of presentations, including trauma, eating disorders, ADHD, Autism, mood difficulties, and complex co-occurring conditions. Whether you're early in your career or an experienced psychologist, we're committed to creating an environment where clinicians can continue growing while delivering high-quality care to their clients.
A Message from Dr Celin Gelgec
When I started Melbourne Wellbeing Group, my goal wasn't to build the biggest practice. It was to build the kind of place where psychologists could work without feeling professionally isolated.
The work we do is meaningful, but it can also be complex. Every clinician encounters moments where the path forward isn't completely clear. Having experienced colleagues to think alongside you can make an enormous difference.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of watching our team grow into a community of psychologists who care deeply about their clients, support one another generously, and remain committed to learning. If you're looking for a workplace where clinical excellence, collaboration, and genuine human connection are valued, we'd love to hear from you.
Why Clinicians Join Melbourne Wellbeing Group
We believe therapy is too complex to do in isolation.
Our clinicians regularly consult with one another, discuss challenging cases, and have access to supervision and support from experienced psychologists who understand the realities of clinical work. We value curiosity over certainty, reflection over ego, and collaboration over competition.
Our team often tell us that one of the things they value most is our culture. Not just for the laughs we share together, but for being surrounded by colleagues who are genuinely curious about their work and invested in helping one another grow.
Whether it's a difficult formulation, a treatment dilemma, celebrating a breakthrough with a client, or simply chatting over lunch, there is always someone willing to think alongside you.

What some our Team has to say about life at MWG.
“I started working at MWG as a new registrar and have developed so much and have felt so supported over the last 12 months. I feel less anxious about being an early career psychologist and I frequently receive the support and flexibility I need to keep growing as a clinician and caring for my clients. I’m really happy that I am where I am for my work”. - clinical psychology registrar.

“It feels really good to be a part of a well established team who genuinely care about client care and advocacy. This reflects in the team culture at MWG because we’re all here to help each other help others. Being well supported by our client relationship team as well as our team of colleagues enables me to explore and develop my own interests and team goals, it helps me to keep growing as a clinician through supervision and training and it helps me to explore and execute new opportunities that I might be interested in. I have variety in my role and I like the balanced workload. The culture here is professional, relaxed, and really supportive and I feel really passionate about the work and opportunities that I have at MWG.” - senior clinical psychologist.
