Our Clinical Team
Dr Celin Gelgec
Director; Community & Professional Development Lead; Senior Clinical Psychologist.
D.Psych. (Clinical). Member AAPi.
Hello, I’m Celin (pronounced Celine), I’m a Senior Clinical Psychologist and the Director here at Melbourne Wellbeing Group. I support people living with obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD), as well as related conditions such as social anxiety, generalised anxiety, agoraphobia, health anxiety, separation anxiety, phobias, perinatal anxiety, and depression, panic disorder, eating disorders, ADHD, and depression. My approach is tailored to each individual, ensuring treatment aligns with their unique needs and goals.
My passion for working with OCD began in 2010 during my final placement for the Doctor of Clinical Psychology program at Deakin University, at the OCD inpatient unit at The Melbourne Clinic. I remained with the program for four years, where I refined my skills and helped developed treatment programs drawing on evidence-based approaches including exposure and response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Alongside my work at Melbourne Wellbeing Group, I have also incorporated Schema Therapy and explored the use of virtual reality therapy in practice.
Beyond clinical work, I have a strong interest in advancing the field through research and education. I am an AHPRA-approved clinical supervisor, providing supervision for clinicians and students, and I regularly deliver lectures and workshops on the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of OCD. I am also the author of Treating OCD: A Clinician’s Guide to Getting Unstuck, and co-host (with Dr Tori Miller) of the podcast Breaking the Rules: A Clinician’s Guide to Treating OCD.
Advocating for people affected by OCD is a deep passion of mine. Through both clinical work and public education, I aim to reduce stigma and increase understanding of the challenges and strengths of those living with OCD.
I look forward to working with you!

Dr Victoria Miller
Associate Director; Clinical Services Lead; Senior Clinical Psychologist
D.Psych. (Clinical).
Hi, I’m Victoria but I prefer to be called Tori. I am a Clinical psychologist and the principal practitioner and associate director here at Melbourne Wellbeing Group. My work is all about supporting children, young people, parents, and families with difficulties such as depression, anxiety, OCD, stress or anger, trauma, psychosis, neuro-developmental difficulties, challenging behaviours, relationship difficulties, or significant life events. When I welcome new clients, my priority is to build a shared understanding of the problem, before developing a personalised treatment plan. This may include play therapy, supportive psychotherapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, exposure response prevention therapy, virtual reality therapy or child-focused parent therapy. I can also conduct cognitive and learning assessments and I am an AHPRA certified supervisor. Recently we started a podcast of which I am the co-host (with Dr Celin Gelgec), called “Breaking the Rules” - A Clinician’s Guide to Treating OCD.
While completing my Clinical doctorate program at Deakin University, I researched the female profile of autism. In addition to my work in private practice, I have worked for the Monash Early in Life Mental Health Program in their adolescent group therapy program and community treatment team and then as the senior psychologist in their early psychosis team. I have always loved working with children, young people, and their families, and coming to work brings me great joy. Plus, I have the best office – it’s full of toys!

Mr Nathanael Clarke

To book online with Nat click here or give us a call on 9882 8874.
Hi, I'm Nat. I am a fully registered psychologist who works with adults and adolescents with the goal of providing professional, empathic and evidence-based therapy.
I work with people who experience anxiety disorders (e.g., social anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder, phobias), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), mood disorders (e.g., major depressive disorder), emotional difficulties (e.g., emotional dysregulation, anger management, self-esteem, adjustment issues), substance use concerns, and other concerns (e.g., perfectionism, sleep issues, stress management).
Fundamental to my approach is the view that meaningful and effective therapy goes beyond ‘skills training’ and mere symptom reduction and involves a meaningful relationship between patient and therapist. Engagement in this type of therapy develops over time and takes commitment and bravery and begins with establishing a safe therapeutic relationship within which your individual experience is heard and understood, and where honesty, grace and perseverance are valued and embodied.
I draw from various modalities, including CBT (including Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD treatment), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment therapy), Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and have recently become interested in psychodynamic approaches.
I look forward to meeting you and working with you.

My emphasis is on helping students understand their own strengths and weaknesses empowering them to manage their difficulties and realise their academic potential.

Leo Marcus
Provisional Psychologist. BPsycSc(Hons), MPsych(Clin)/PhD Candidate
Hi, I’m Leo, a provisional psychologist at Melbourne Wellbeing Group, currently completing my Master’s and PhD in Clinical Psychology. I bring a deep commitment to both research and clinical practice, with a particular interest in the processes underlying memory, mental flexibility, and how we navigate internal experiences. My research into the cognitive mechanisms of mental health continues to inform my therapeutic work across a range of psychological challenges, including obsessions and compulsions, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
I work from the perspective that many mental health difficulties do not reflect broken systems, but natural psychological processes that have become rigid, overextended, or out of sync with a person’s current environment. I aim to help clients reduce distress and improve daily functioning by addressing these underlying processes, using a model that considers both psychological adaptation and individual context.
In therapy, I acknowledge and respect each client’s unique circumstances, preferences, and values. I emphasise a collaborative approach, working openly to develop a shared understanding of the core issues and to identify clear, meaningful goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches primarily within the cognitive behavioural tradition, along with schema therapy and elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I aim to be grounded and transparent in my approach to help clients deepen their insight, strengthen their capacity to respond effectively to psychological challenges, and carry forward the skills learned in therapy – applying them flexibly and independently across different areas of life.
To book with Leo please give us a call on (03) 9882-8874.
